{"id":143,"date":"2015-02-24T14:42:40","date_gmt":"2015-02-24T14:42:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.omservices.org\/?page_id=143"},"modified":"2021-02-22T16:20:24","modified_gmt":"2021-02-22T16:20:24","slug":"omi-organizational-maturity-index-of-hcm","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.omservices.org\/?page_id=143","title":{"rendered":"OMINDEX\u00ae Explained"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>OMINDEX\u00ae<\/strong>\u00a0is a comparative, company performance rating system, approved by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maturityinstitute.com\/\"><strong>Maturity Institute<\/strong><\/a><strong>(MI)<\/strong>, which successfully combines conventional measures of financial performance with measures of ESG performance. The methodology that produces these comparative ratings assesses how companies create value; relative to their effective capacity.<\/p>\n<p>The two unique ingredients in this rating system are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A clinical focus on the returns achieved, and achievable, from human capital, leadership practice and management systems<\/li>\n<li>An ability to measure the delivery of value to all stakeholders &#8211; what we call <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrmaturity.com\/home\/the-standard-for-mi-professionals\/total-stakeholder-value-tsv\/#:~:text=Total%20Stakeholder%20Value%20(TSV)%20is,created%20for%20all%20societal%20stakeholders.\"><strong>Total Stakeholder Value<\/strong>.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is not just a radically different, corporate performance measurement system, it provides a detailed diagnostic to identify areas for significant value improvements and risk reduction. Based on research tested evidence and a growing dataset of rated firms, it is clear that higher rated firms are better able to sustain and create value measured across a range of \u00a0financial, human and environmental indicators.
