An organisation that recognises all its social responsibilities and manages to achieve these alongside financial performance, without having to trade off one against the other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We call those that manage to simultaneously do both,&nbsp;<strong><em>\u201cmature\u201d&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>organisations and independent academic research confirms that mature companies outperform&nbsp;<em>for&nbsp;<\/em><strong><em>all stakeholders&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>\u2013 shareholders, customers, workers, suppliers and communities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We assess and analyse organizational maturity using our primary OMINDEX\u00ae diagnostic, which then measures corporate \u2018Total Stakeholder Value\u2019. This also reveals how mature firms manage to do this by producing a comprehensive picture of what contributes to their maturity level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our&nbsp;<strong>OMINDEX\u00ae Workforce&nbsp;<\/strong>survey, comprising 18 questions captures&nbsp;<strong>workforce perspectives&nbsp;<\/strong>on their own organization\u2019s maturity, using a core set of factors and questions from our full OMINDEX\u00ae diagnostic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s free to complete for participants (who receive an immediate summary report) and takes only 10-15 minutes.
