Breaking the “impasse” in human capital reporting

financial_reportingHuman capital reporting has been on many professional, corporate, investment and governmental agendas for some years now.  So why has there been so little progress?  Last week the NAPF (National Association of Pension Funds) gave their view in a report entitled ‘Where is the workforce in corporate reporting?” and this is our response.

Following our formal response, we have now designed a new Human Capital Reporting Template© to help companies develop “total integrated reporting” based on the Maturity Institute’s framework and the OMS Global OMI.
